APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Important Information


  • Present government issued photo ID for you, and anyone is signing the documents to the appointment. 


  • Ensure that all documents are ready for notarization and complete before the appointment (Notary section will be completed by the Notary) but do not sign them.  * If the documents are not complete when I arrive, I may not be able to notarize or commission them.


  • Any affidavits, affirmations or declarations must be signed in my presence during the appointment. Please do not sign in advance. 


  • If your documents require a separate witness signature (in addition to the notary/ commissioner signature), you must ensure that an additional person attends the appointment to act as witness and must present government issued photo ID. 


  • For a certified true copy of a document, you must bring both the original document and the copy of that document to the appointment in advance.


  •  We accept payment by cash, Debit, Master card, Visa and e-transfer


  •  You agree to sign an acknowledgement indicating that I have not assisted in the preparation of your documents,


  • You agree that no legal guidance is being given and that I do not guarantee the legality or suitability of the documents being notarized or commissioned.
